email invitation in Hebrew...evite in Hebrew? 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago
|

I want to send an eVite-style invitation to relatives in Israel for a Bat Mitzvah, but eVite doesn't allow for a Hebrew font to be used in their format.
Any ideas out there?
I like eVite ease of use and the ability to track responses, etc.
Thanks - Dave

Here are a few alternatives that I see here:
1. Contact the evite help center and ask them about using Hebrew fonts. Maybe they'll have a solution for you.
2. How is the English of your Israeli relatives? Send your relatives in Israel the evite invitation in English, and maybe you could add a note in Hebrew on a separate e-mail to your relatives.
3. Use an Israeli website (like freecard.co.il) for inviting your Israeli relatives to your simcha.
Please share with us how you decide to proceed and the results, it would be interesting to know.

Evite lets you upload a photo (image) to the right of the actual text invitation. You could make a jpeg or gif image of the Hebrew invitation and upload that as the photo. Then, you'd have the English on the left and the Hebrew on the right.
